Key cars

[Powdered toast man]

Does anyone here remember these? They were Matchbox-sized cars that you inserted a red plastic 'ignition' key into a slot in the back of the car. Then you pressed a small button on the key and the car would launch itself. There was a short-lived craze for them at my school. I remember having the A Team van version that had a plastic body and a metal base.
