Just save it as a wav file (the default sound setting) and post to a file sharing site, the put the links on here and we can download them

wav's are very large files Daz, can you explain how to convert it to mp3?

I have Vista and I think there is a film making programme built in - would that do it Daz ??

It's called Windows Movie Maker
