Identify a 70s toy

Anyone remember a toy from the 70s, it was a friction stunt bike that had 3 wheels with flames on them, it was yellow and had a red handle on the back that you pressed down then released to set it going, it was the same mechanism used for a Bradgate racing car.
I’m not positive but I’m sure it came with Klimbing Klowns or similar that are pictured that you use to stack and run the bike into them.

No, it was friction, you pulled it back to wind the coil up then you pushed the red handle down on the back to lock it, then released the handle to set it off
