I was about 6 or 7 when these came out so early 80`s. They were different disney characters with long bendy arms and legs on skateboards and you could move them around to perform tricks like wheelies.

That looks about right. Like I said mine was Goofy but the arms and legs look the same.

Just seen that the hands have holes in as well so you attach them to the skateboard.
