red skid cart ?? mid 80s

does anybody know the name/maker of a pedal cart,the rear wheels were made up off rollers that made it skid sideways round corners ???
any help please

Huffy Machine?? seem to be mainly green but I did find one red
Dont think thats it either its based on The Green Machine by Marx.

sorry guys not it,
had 4 wheels,rear wheels were rollers,that rolled sideways
