  • Small figure from 1980's toy

I remember a toy I had in the 80's that came with a small little man. It was no more than two inches high, and I believe it was made of rubber.

The figure could bend at the waist, and the arms moved from the shoulders. I think the elbows and knees did not bend.

The figure I've described came with a bigger toy, and he was the pilot/driver. I've been searching for this toy forever. Please help me recall the name of this!!

What sort of toy was he a driver/pilot for? A plane, spaceship?

That's the part I don't remember. Was a very small rubber guy, light green, it didnt even have screws or pins holding it goether. They were all rubber hinges, sockets.

Could this be it? It's the only thing that springs to mind at the moment. My first thought was a Battlestar vehicle, but the figures for those were tiny.

Oh My God, MAC was the BEST! On old JVC camcorders (I'm talking about 1981) they had a still button, that allowed you do stop-motion animation, and at A/V Club after school I used these things all the time to make little James Bond movies, with pictures from travel magazines as cut-out backgrounds. You'd see the guys chasing after each other like little Benny Hill characters, then they'd go flying down the zipline with an Alpine backdrop. Excellent!
