Does anyone remember 'Zoom-it'? It was a gun that fired coloured plastic disks. the stock was blue with a white platform on top. There was an orange angular funnell piece on top that you could unclip so that you could fire the discs into it. No success when I googled this. I still had mine until 5 years ago when it finally suffered from plastic fatigue.

Its mentioned here on a site of toy commercials, scroll down to Television volume 8. Not much to go on but at least it confirms the name

Hi doctorbluebox, Zoom It! I remember it well. I had one when I was a kid in the 70's. I have also tried without any luck to find one, not even a photo on the internet. If you ever have any luck getting one let me know. Had a lot of fun with this all those years ago!

Good god! I had one of these (if I'm thinking of the right thing)
Blue plastic gun, and you stacked 2 inch orange disks in the top?? fired them out of a wide slot at front?

No they weren't foam they were plastic.

Had same results as you.. then thought, early 70's?? maybe its spelt something like zooom it.. tried that, got more results, changed spelling again, and bingo
