Please help me remember the name of a toy

Hi, I have a very vague memory of a toy I used to have almost 20years ago. I have no idea what toyline it comes from, no name, no picture. Only memories. All that I can remember is that, this toy is small, could be the size of slightly less than an index-finger.
Its a vehicle, shaped like a water jetboat. suppose to be able to fit in a single man-figure, but seems I have no memory of the figure. 1 distinctive feature of the vehicle is that, it has 2 metal cylinders as wheels. vehicle is white, seat of back seems to be red, front of vehicle seems to have some blue color.
Please help if anyone remember this and has more memories of this toyline.

Not wheels. Its like 2 metal cylinder. like rollers on the steam roller.
I have no idea of the maker. I guess its going to be difficult identifying this one. But thanks for the help.

It's a MATCHBOX SUPERFAST MB5f SEAFIRE BOAT.

Ahhhh I have already asked two different sellers of these boats on Ebay for pictures of the bottom of the boat so I could see the wheels
So I with you on this one Scifiboy

Will post the pictures if I get a reply
