gyroscope type toy mid 80's

does anyone remer these, they looked like a hot-air balloon shape, came in all different colours the main body was plastic and it tapered down to a whitish wheel that you pulled across the floor to wind it up .. once you got it spinning like a spinning top you let it go and it would whizz about for a couple of minutes, at the top it had a shallow hole you could insert a pencil so it could draw, plus it came with some small yellow a\ttatchments that fitted in the hole
