Cute Little Toys of 80s or 90s help...?

Hi, I'm hoping someone will know what these toys are called. I'm wanting to call them Nerf Balls but searching only shows the water guns etc...

So... These were small toys, childs hand size perhaps, they had 3 main interchangeable parts to them - hair or a hat, a rubbery ball shaped body with a sticking out nose and a base for the legs which the ball fitted into.

I rememeber having:

A blue dog
A purple cat
A girl who had yellow plaits and red skirt
A boy who had blue trousers, red baseball cap and possibly a red wagon or red skateboars
A green alien with purple trousers and yellow space helmet
A police man dressed in blue

I think that's about it, and may have got the colours a bit wrong...

I loved these as a kid and would love to get a couple for my little girl - or for me if she's too grown up for them lol.
