Plush 'creatures' with their own house (not much details known)

When I was a kid (mid-90s) I knew someone with a set of plush toy 'creatures' that all looked different and all had different names that could be put in their own little house, the house was like a bag in that the roof had a handle.

Sadly I can't remember the name of the set, nor what each of the characters looked like, nor any of their names. I know that there is very little detail, but does anyone know what I might be on about. I no longer know the friend that owned them so I can't ask them.

No that wasn't it, they were made up creatures. Not to worry really, it is very little information to go by.

Keep checking back. I was a wee bit old for toys in the 90's, but we do have some younger members who may know what you mean
