Does anyone remember this mermaid toy??

Hi everyone!

I've just joined, as I'm going insane trying to find out what my toy is called, or what company made it, or anything! lol
It says inside the shell, BBT 95 and it has a baby's face etched into it, also on the shell and the mermaid it has the number 2 written on them. I remember that it was part of a set, there were several other little things you could buy, I'm sure one was a plastic box, with ribbon around it, like a present, then you opened it up and there were things inside. Any ideas anyone???

(sorry the pics are a bit rubbish, can't even find pictures on the web of it!)

Seawees & another , but it's neither of those

yeah my first thought was seawees or my pretty mermaids but neither fit the bill.

Intrigued by this one but at the same time, as someone who grew up in the 90's I can remember toys like this being fairly common during this time. The two main brands were Mighty Max and Polly Pocket (for boys and girls respectively) but other copycat items in the same design were produced. Hope somebody comes up with some answers for this one!

Ooh.. we might be getting somewhere

Polly Pocket is made by Bluebird Toys..and the markings are BBT (insert year), so they are deffo Bluebird
In 1995 Bluebird made the Sparkling Mermaid Adventure, but as far as I can see, this is not part of it.
But we are in sniffing distance

lol and now I've looked at the pictures of the others, I'm sure I actually owned the present and the sunflower too! It's just finding them in my storage now lol Oh all these memories!! Thanks again!!
