Anyone remember which tv series these toys are from?

I found these old toys of mine in my parents shed I used to love playing with them, even my mum loves them! she's keeping them in her kitchen as ornaments lol I'm sure they're from a tv series, the bears I thought were from Rainbow Bright but the little people, I just can't remember what they're from....any ideas??

The gnomes on the left look like they were those given away with a magazine about Gnomes I remember being advertised on tv. I don't recognise the bears. (How bizarre does that last sentence sound??? Lol)

Remco like a lot of lesser toy companys but of repute cashed in on the 'must have' craze of the time in this case, Care Bears by making these Dream Bears....

i remember David the gnome. he had a different name is the netherlands. that name is typicall dutch so though to say in enligsh.
i didn't like to watch it. (for some reason i'm scared of gnomes.) but i did love to watch the care bears. they were so sweet.
the dutch name of David i think used to be "Paulus." David is a better name for him though.
