David Jason-At A Special meet & greet , lovely fella really took his time with us fans and whilst the camera photographers was telling him come on sir david time for the next person for a photo . he said no no hang on im still talking to my fans.

Read about this, wasn't he charging for the privelige?

I was really pleased to hear Emma say on Your Face Sounds Familiar tonight that her favourite musical era is the 1960s. She's certainly got good taste there, as I love the 60s too!

I used to work at the local airport and met a few people when they were visiting - I met Derek Nimmo, who was as vague in real life as he appeared to be on TV, but a very nice man, and had a long talk with Brian Murphy of 'George and Mildred' fame. He wasn't a bit like his onscreen persona of George - a very cultured man and quite charming to talk to. I also briefly met Cliff Richard and Shaking Stevens' - I had to get his autograph for a colleague's little girl and felt a complete fool as I didn't have a clue who he was!

Was meant to meet Keith Floyd when he was filming Floyd on Britain & Ireland, the episode on Somerset, they were coming to the farm to film us making cheese but never made it as they were held up filming elsewhere. The camera crew came back another day without Keith to film us, that's my hands you can see at the end of the Somerset episode!!

Have met and played cricket with Gene October of the band Chelsea.

Went to school with Ted Barnes (Beth Orton's guitarist).

Van Der Valk (Barry Foster) was one of the most charming people I have ever met. iT wasn't long before he died.

And Stephen Fry.

I work at a concert hall so I have had the honour and pleasure of meeting many "stars" - they are not all as nice !!

Never met him, but I saw Al Pacino in my home town in about 1985 when he was filming the movie Revolution,
I believe Donald Sutherland was there too but I didn't know who he was back then.
In fact I only knew who Pacino was because my dad told me.
On a different note, I've got a mate in the Toy Dolls !

I used to live in the same street as Billy Ocean's mum and brother (real name Leslie Charles) when i lived in the east end of London.

lucky enough to work security at a major concert venue in edinbirgh through the late 70,s and early 80,s met a lot of musicians
bon scott-met him twice in 1976 and again in 1978 {had a pint with him after gig great funny missed guy}
