      I liked the old Hai Karate ads with that guy fighting off beautiful women--Valerie Leon was one of them I think.

                    I know, mate, 40 years is a fair time, but I watched some old ads on Youtube a while ago, dating from the 70s, and it seemed like only yesterday that they were on telly. I guess it is just a symptom of getting old.

                      staffslad, i refuse to grow old. however, my back and knees have other ideas. lol

                        Same here . It's crazy how many aches and pains and misc sprains and trapped nerves I get since I turned 50

                          I know all about those aches and pains, guys. 50 was also the age at which I could no longer ignore that I was slowing down physically. I still feel young in my head but daily my body reminds me that physically I can't turn back the clock.
