tango advert!! walkers crisps??

does anybody rememember the tango advert where there was an orange,legless genie thing on a skateboard?? i was terrified of that advert.........also,im not totally sure if this was a walkers crisps advert,but it featured a little gnome type man singing "im coming to take you away ha ha" i think it got banned.the song was originally out in the 60s i think.surely somebody out there must remember!!

I remember lines in the song about Ginster's pasties 'feeding a brass band' and Hercules, and the line 'Those Ginster's men in their clean white coats are coming to take me away'.

im abit sketchy on the details,i just seem to remember a gnomey type man thing walking down a street......its quite an old advert,possibly mid 80s if not earlier.

Ok i cant find any proof of this, its just my recollections. Im 99% sure that this is an old Quavers advert.
