can any remember the flymo ad in the early 80s, the guy done the mowing so quick he has a rest, then he,s wife comes home and he jumps up shouts something which allways made me and my sister really laugh and thats all i know. Does ne 1 else remember?

To the best of my knowledge, Flymo never used that slogan. I remember that slogan being used for the Qualcast Concorde mower back in the early 1980s.

You're absolutely correct, this slogan was used in an advertisement aimed against Flymo, but in the end Qualcast gave in and made its own hover mowers.

The best flymo ever made come on flymo bosses bring it back

i was a child when these came out i love cutting my next doors lawns with them.
The first one were geared now they are direct drive the early ones had a fault the plastic gear would were out now that part is not available, has anyone out there got the next modle that came out with electomagnetic brakes they were made as 15 or 19"?
