There were a few variations on the theme.
This one, featuring a privately chartered Concorde was a classic:

The advert from 1984 which I have just referred to and linked to feels a lot older than that, almost like the one which you have just linked to - they could have been made in the same year, although I know that yours was from a 1976 off-air. In the 1984 advert, the 1970s alike music with the train going by and the brown leather satchel containing the Imperial Leather soap dropping down feels 1970s to me, even though it was seen in the 1980s.

Watching that advert, it made me think: "was that really Roger Moore telephoning from the bath for his Imperial Leather?" (Ordinary telephones should not be used in bathrooms or near baths full of water as we already know, and it was a landline and not a mobile phone used in the advert). Either Moore or Nigel Havers, methinks, although I would put my two and six on Moore as it has a heavy James Bond-alike influence in those 30 seconds.

This is why adverts like this feel well-suited being scheduled during commercial breaks of evening showings of films on ITV back in the mid 1980s and I do remember a showing of that during one film ad break probably in May 1984 as I mentioned earlier. It would certainly be great scheduled during the ad break of a James Bond film at the time - the same theme and surroundings.

I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
There's nothing you can do to make me change my mind
      I'm having so much fun
      My lucky number's one
      Ah! Oh! Ah! Oh!
