Looking for a Muppets film

(yes, again) I forget what its called, but what i remmeber is Kermit being run over by a car and losing his memory, then calling himself Fill 'er up Phil (after seeing a poster for the movie/show of the same name). And the other muppets are looking for him. Someone please enlighten me
