Frog Dreaming

Does anyone remember an Australian movie called Frog Dreaming which starred Elliot from E.T. (Henry Thomas)? I absolutely loved it as a child and would love to see it again, but I'm told it doesn't exist on VHS or DVD, can anyone verify this?
