wolfboy movie??

can anyone help me find out what this movie is called, i only remember bits of it erm its about a boy bought up by some sort of animals maybe wolves not sure and its not jungle book lol Oh i remember him being locked up in a cage and i got really upset I think i was about 10 so its gotta be early 80's when I saw it on the tv.

i think i got the memory for this film a little mixed up.I think the movie i'm looking for is called Paw/The Lure of the Jungle. Anyone heard of it or know where I can get a copy?
