Anthropomorphic Cats (cats that walk dress and talk like humans) ????

it seems like no big deal but it's driving me insane. There is this movie casted by animated cats set somewhere in the 17th century. Geared towards kids with showtunes and the like. I can't remember names or the tittle, but i'm familiar with the plot line and the scene that i most remember is when the main character is born and his aunt comes in extactic that she finally has a neice, with a bunch of pink baby stuff, but she has a nephew, and then there is a song about how much she wanted a niece or whatever. It's not that essential to the plot but it's the part i remember most. I've been serching but...nothing. any ideas?
