help with a film please

Hi All
Can any one help me find a film,it was about a guy going to Antartica to do research on penquins it was tiltled Mr .?. and the penquins. I thought it was Malcolm Macdowell but i can not find it in his filmography..any remember it or help out

Managed to get a copy of this film quite recently......Starring two of my favourites John Hurt & Hayley Mills
