Help with a 90s childrens drama

Hey guys, this is driving me insane. I'm trying to remember what this series was called, all I can remember about it was that it was about a group of kids who were pulled into a fantasy world where they were given items of power that they kept with them all the time, but in the real world they appeared as normal everyday things.

Any help would be very appreciated.

It was definitely live action I can even remember the face of one of the adult actors but can't for the life of me remember his name or what else he was in.

can you remember how many kids there were, or what any of the special powers/objects were?

I think there were 5 kids, some of the objects were a sword that became a stick in the real world, i think some sort of orb or crystal that became a brick, thats about all i can remember on that.

Possibly, sounds kinda like what i remember. I can't find any videos of it though.
