hi, i can't remember or find an old cartoon i watch as a child, it was about racing it started from rally races and it the end it was about f1 racing and those f1 cars had more than 4 wheels like 4 on same axe or more than 2 axes, and it wasnt speed racer, as time line was like saber rider or Galaxy Rangers.
more about this cartoon, the main character starts as a low level pilot and gets to f1 racing, also when he was driving normal cars(not f1) he was doing stuff like driving on 2 wheels or on the wall.(vertically)
