Hard as Nails sketch?

I'm trying to find the name of a viewer submitted sketch show, think it used to be on CH4 late at night. One of the sketches had a Dangerous Brian type character who always met with a grizly ending. Just before he did it he used to shout 'hard as nails'.

Anyone else remember this?

Are you thinking of Wavis O'Shave's appearances on The Tube?

His catchphrase after injuring himself was "I'm dead hard" or "Felt Nowt" ??
