Duck handle umbrella! 80s/90s....

Hi all, just wondering if anyone remembers a childrens TV show in the late 80s/early 90s involving an umbrella with a handle in the shape of a duck's head? Can't remember if the umbrella was a significant part of the show or not. Hope someone out there remembers it, it's driving me nuts! It's not Mary Poppins by the way.

I don't remember the show but I do remember when there was a craze for umbrellas with wooden animal handles. I had one shaped like a teddy bear's head and you could get different types. This was late 80's. Was it a show with real people as opposed to a cartoon?
