I think I can remember a TV programme that was broadcasted in the eighties about a group of children who were on a boat bound for America when it was sunk by a German ship. The kids were thought dead but they found themselves on a desert island - if I remember rightly it was the president's son who kept up the pressure to keep searching for the kids and they were eventually found. Please could someone tell me the name of this programme or have I made it up!!
