Which cartoon TV series DID you hate most??

For me, it would have to be 'The New Archies'- I admit I was already grown up when I saw an episode of it, but I know that it would've infuriated me even as a child.
It came out c.1990, and was a second-rate serial about a bunch of all-American kids living in an all-American town, who used to gather at a burger bar called 'Pop's Video Parlour'. It was just so damn IRRITATING, and a blatant attempt to cash in on the original live Archies TV series from the '60s. YEUCH!!

for me it has to be the simpsons.
i just cant see what makes it funny.
even though its been going sice 1989.

I hate the Simpsons now - its just gone on far, far too long. I didn't really like The Perishers - it was like a knock off Charlie Brown really...Also, Mysterious Cities of Gold - it seemed to go on for ever - my Mum liked it at first but became sick of it too - around the time the weirdo Olmecs and the flying bird appeared...load of garbage! I probably disliked it so much because it came as a replacement for either Dogtanian or Willie Fog...nowt could beat those.

My Dad hated Danger Mouse - it was the DANGER MOUSE - POWER HOUSE! line from the end theme that did it for him - he'd get really angry asking us 'HOW CAN A MOUSE BE A POWER HOUSE?! DID HE LIFT THE BLOODY THING UP?!' lol....

Top cat was my first hate as a kid followed by charlie brown,then some of the hanna barbera cartoons as the accents and voices use to be annoying.I think it was because they were two american for me with the accent or the content.

scooby doo or any of those other unfunny cartoons with a canned laughter soundtrack a dog eating a 3 foot high sandwich is not the least amusing but the way the "audience" laugh their heads off at it anyone would think its the funniest thing ever.

also why do shaggy and scooby always run away from the ghost monster alien etc then instead of just getting as far away as possible they suddenly stop to get dressed up as a comedy barber to give said villian a shave or french waiters to serve it dinner or something,thats just annoys the @@** out of me

I never liked Hanna Barbera cartoons except for Laurel and Hardy. Same goes for Disney as well. Mickey Mouse has always irritated the hell out of me and still does now. The Simpsons has also long been unfunny. Even back in 1997 it was getting very abstract and silly. South Park went the same way too. I hated Mysterious cities of Gold(I liked the theme though). I guess I've never been a big cartoon fan But I still love Ren and Stimpy and a series called Drawn Together. They both appeal to my dark and twisted sense of humour :>

In fact, it wasn't any such thing. The cartoon was based on the original, long running Archie comics line which has been in continiuous publication since the 1940s. So was the live action show, but the cartoons were closer to the source material.

Rhubard & Custard was my hate. Never was there such a pointless animation, well I say animation with its flickering screen. Doubt it owuld be allowed now without some kind of epilepsy warning !

one reason i did not like scoby doo was because of shaggy and scooby all rthe ever did was bwe afrauid of everything they never actually help solve any mysteries.

Any cartoon with Tweetie-Pie in annoys me but that's only the character, not the cartoon series.

Modern updates of Warner Bros characters or MGM characters like the new Bugs Bunny or Tom & Jerry Adventures, my Mum and Dad absolutely hated and I really mean hated Scrappy Doo - he was such a know-it-all! I also hate Spongebob Squarepants, Ren and Stimpy and began to hate Tazmania - again a modern update, it made no sense having Taz the way he was and having more civilised parents - especially the Dad being a Bing Crosby imitation - not many little children at the time would have got that and how would parents explain it to them??? Whats so funny about it??? I also didn't like Sport Billy, the oik had a miniature sports bag, Inspector Gadget was just so thick - it was Penny and her Dog who got things done and he continually didn't recognise either of them whe on missions thinking the Dog was a 'M.A.D. Agent'....grr. I also got fed up of DR CLAW never being revealled in full...pathetic gimmick by the end of it all...Then theres all those modern updates of Scooby Doo and The Mystery Team - oh come on...and yes, it did annoy me Shaggy and Scoob were cowardly. My Mum used to mock it all saying they must have all STUNK wearing the same clothes since 1969 when it all began...Another one I hated was Pole Position - a boy and girl with super dooper racing cars! Jem, was another - used to just have it on as it was a cartoon but I hated it as a child...Galaxy High annoyed me too.

I never realised Galaxy High was shown over here, unless it was on Sky in it's early days. A couple of the characters were voiced by Nancy "Bart Simpson" Cartwright, which isn't hard to puzzle out if you have an ear for voices.

I used to love Galaxy High. Saturday morning TV (Motormouth, Get fresh etc) was the best! Wasn't there a character in GH that had a wheel instead of legs? That's all I can remember from it.

Oh and yes, I hated Scooby-doo and Scrappy-doo as well. My parents would never let me watch He-man for some reason and would never, ever let me have any of the toys.
