Easy going nature programmes in the 70s by Disney

Does anybody remember these from the 70's? The programme would be nature based and there would always be a male voice-over. Definitely American and full advantage taken of beautiful woodlands and lakes plus cute animals and sometimes children.

I did look on UTube to see if I could find some for my kids to watch but no success.

Just wondered if anybody else remembers these programmes and maybe can link me.

Walt Disney narrated a few....after I saw a programme about what a racist madman he was - he did the whole 'Jews are scum etc schtick' as well - I couldn't stomach any of his dross...I do find it ironically funny that his former empire is now populated by gays, Jews, Blacks, Asians etc etc - things he hated with such prejudice...serves him right. Did you know he also had links to Al Capone and used his gangsters to smash an animators strike at Disney Studios over rights and pay...

Thanks Heather! Could be 2 out of 2 answered for me today. I will see if I can find more about this series but it does seem likely to be the one I remember.

I remember a good, half hour wildlife show called The Wild Kingdom but it wasn't by Disney.
Your kids might like that.

Disney did a whole series of shorts in the '50s called "Nature's Wonderland." I remember they used to show them in school when I was a lad back in the early '70s.

I remember watching the WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY ..........I loved Disney, still do but only the classic animation

I found these programs annoying as a kid.Walt disney=cartoons.So when mum called us in to watch disney we thought cartoons but got some program which was the opposite to what we had in mind.Disney is still toons as far as I am concerned but cannot bring myself to sit in front of any of his filmed programs.It's the over the top american accent as well really makes it diffacult to stomach.

Weren't Disney responsible for the theory that Lemmings commited mass suicide, due to their inclusion in The Wonderful World of Disney?
