New Zealand/Australian Comedy set in a hospital- anyone know it???

Hi folks,

I know this is a long shot.... but i keep remembering bits of a tv show comedy that was set in a hospital. it was either from new zealand or australia. I remember it came on Channel 4 after 9pm late 80's or early 90's

it was a wacky off the wall sitcom with lots of weird stuff.... all i can remember was there being a Dr. Cruickshank character??!

Any help would be great

That's the only aussie comedy set in a hospital that i can think of. Never watched it but i remember it
