I wonder if anyone can help me regarding the name of a celebrity panel/game show about historical figures that used to be on BBC2 on Sunday nights in 1993/4.
I can't remember the host (possibly Clive Anderson?) but there was a different panel of 3 celebrities each week (the usual faces e.g. Tony Slattery, Rory McGrath etc.) and they each dressed as their chosen figure from history (e.g. Winston Churchill, Boadicea etc.) and the laughs came from how the questions would be answered 'in character'.
I am not imagining it (!) but can't find any mention of it anywhere - I think it was a ratings flop. I remember that the introductory theme music was classical (the mazurka from Coppelia) but cannot remember the name of the show at all!
Anyone remember the show and its name? Thanks in advance.
