It was on CITV in the 90s. All I remember is the following:
*If you won the evil empress would give you back a tenth of the empire she had conquered.
*Her main minion was a bloke called 'the freeze'
*Virtually no-one ever won this game.
*It was a game show with a similar format to Knightmare.
(In case anyone's wondering, yes I did watch a lot of telly as a child
