BBC kids drama late 70s / early 80s

Hello. Can anyone remember the following BBC kids drama? The end revolved around a boy and girl trying to stop the baddies blowing up some conference that the boy or girl's father was involved with. The baddies were driving around in a van - possibly an ice cream or snack van, the aerial of which was going to send the detonating signal. I think the series started with the girl convalescing after an accident and walking into the wrong room where there was an old lady being visited by one of the baddies who had posed as the window cleaner to gain access. I remember a van like that in Dead Entry, but that was later in the 1980s.

Having scoured TV Cream it turns out it was called Touch and Go, from 1978. The van was a pet food van with a giant bone on top. Can't believe I forgot the giant bone!
