Kids detective spoof early series - early 90's

Please help recall a show early 90's if I'm correct.
Basicaly spoof `go-go gadget style` detective. American made...All I can remember is the opening theme him and a woman walked into a building - through corridors - down a tube to receive a top secret note that would explode after reading it.
I also recall they had like spoof James bond numbers for names..

Guy always wore the typical american detective outfit, the show was a bit go-go gadget theme..May have been on early in morning...Tintin hour/pink panther ect...May have even been very late 80's

Get Smart starred Don Adams as Maxwell Smart, who years later did supply the voice of Inspector Gadget.
