Name of cartoon from 90's...

Not sure if its UK or US in origin. I remember watching a cartoon in probably early to mid 90's. I remember it was a series based I think on a talking bull/cow and maybe his human inventor friend? It was very bright and colourful. Any help figuring this out would be great as its driving me bonkers :P

You are welcome, I couldn't really remember a professor in it though.

IIRC it was based on a Dutch comic strip.
