Channel 4 late night music show circa 2000

So I remember watching this new music show on Channel 4 late at night (maybe 1am) around 1999/2000 that hosted the latest indie/electronic/leftfield music scene. It had no presenters. It simply played the bands song over the top of archive footage. E.g. the band Electrelane can a song out called Film Music. This was over played on top of archive footage of carpet bombings in Vietnam.

Anyone have any idea what the programme was called? Ta.

Thanks for the reply but sorry, Jam was the Chris Morris thing and the other 'Mind's Eye' was again far too early.
