Need help in finding the name of this kids show

Hello there,

I am trying to remeber the name of a childrens show that was on in the early 90's either on citv or bbc. It was in the kids shows, after school, may have been on a friday.

The details that i remeber are very vague to say the least, but it has been bugging me for a few years and untill now have had no luck in finding it out.

Here goes,

I think it was an Australian, or American show. The plot lines i remember are one or two boys find diamonds in a black bag / cloth and are pursed by the bad guy/guys on a motorbike. The rider you never see, always dressed in black, black tinted helmet etc, with very good soundtracks. The bike just keep appering from no were and u never saw the rider.

Any help would be gratfull. Sorry for my bad spelling

was on i cant think of the name, think it was only one series. the biker was chasing the kids to get the gems back. geezz been bugging me for at least 5 yrs

Ha ha ha, yep, i think it was, wow, that was quick. I must have come to the right site then eh? Lol. Just going through a few now at home. Used to love rentaghost too, loved that, the flumps, playschool - what a classic, fingermouse. Oh i could go on and on. You know i would love to watch some of these old things again. Just to look back on what we used to watch and probably realise how poor they must have been. LOL.

I used to watch Pipkins during lunchbreak at primary school
either that or Hickory House which was cack (that bloody cushion scared me)

AAAArrrrrhhhhh, that is brilliant, thankyou. Just to see Hartley again after so many years was ace. No ostrich though, i could have sworn it used to be in the garden with it's head in a hole. LOL. Thanks for that.
