Kid's programme from the 80's
I have been bugging my friends and family with this one for years. I have pretty much convinced myself that I have made the programme up, cobbled it together in my head from a number of other shows (Knightmare, Adventure Game etc etc) or otherwise dreamt the whole thing. Anyway, sorry this sounds so very very sketchy but does anyone remember a kids show which had the following:
1. an opening shot in which a group of kids are walking up the side of a grassy hill towards a castle;
2. whereupon they meet a tinker who (for some reason) makes me think of the dungeon master from Knightmare;
3. group enter castle and complete tasks etc in order to defeat the evil queen; and
4. the last task being some kind of maze in the castle.
That's all I have got I am afraid save for the belief it is from the early/mid 80's.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
