It was a TV program in the early /mid 80's, about a little doll that fell into a freezer in a shop and it was about her adventures. That’s about all I can remember. It wasn't a cartoon more of an animation mixed with real people.

Hi pretty sure it was called Rag Dolly Anna, i used to love it.

Jus goggled Rag Dolly Anna and found the theme song
We've got a dolly
that's made of stuff,
filled with feathers
and bits of fluff;
eyes she has,
