Trying to find info on an old kids program

Hello people, first post here
I'm trying to find info on an old program, i dont even know the name of it to be honest but i remember that is was based around a group of bicycle messengers(couriers) and i think it used to be on citv?
Like i say i've not got much to go on but surely i can't be the only person who remembers it.
Any help would be appreciated
