Scarey programs

I can remember a childrens programe from the late 70's or early 80's I think it was called Children of the stone, It was filmed in Avebury (stone circle) and it used to scare me, can anyone else remember the show none of my mates can. Did I dream it? It still scares me every time I ride past Avebury stone circle I still come out in goose bumps.
Anyone else got a program that used to scare them?

Yes it was a childrens programe at tea time, to be honest it was a shown a bit too early for kids really as it had a few sequences that would make you 'jump'.

I have it on DVD, I really wanted to see it again as it wasn't repeated on ITV. Still as good & still makes you 'jump'.
