Hi,
just trying to recall the name of a TV show from my childhood. Here is my recollection of the details:
As per the topic heading, I believe it was from the early 90s;
I believe that it was an English series;
It was set in a school. To adults, the pupils appeared to be normal schoolchildren. However whenever adults weren't watching, the pupils would reveal themselves to be high-powered business-people. Each desk would flip open to display a hidden computer, and the pupils would immediately get on their mobile-phones and start making calls;
The headmaster was a staunch environmentalist, who objected to textbooks because they contributed to deforestation;
In one episode, something (presumably environment-related) upset the headmaster. He therefore asked for a cup of tea with 12 sugars;
In one episode, one of the clever pupils is doing a deal with another dim pupil. The clever pupil says that he will pay a commission fee of 10% on the £10 deal, which is equal to "20p". The dim pupil concurs.
Thanks for your help,
wellwellwell
