90s tv show for teenagers

Hi this is a bit weird I am trying to remember a tv programme from the 90s
it was on channel 4 I think at the weekend
kids would send in vidoes all about their hobbies and interests for example skateboarding and they would speak to the camera
I'm pretty sure it was on a Sunday morning
