Please help my wife's going nuts over this......

Does anyone remember an 80's puppet kids tv show that involved muppet style characters that included a talking cauldron... and a talking plant that look like a venus fly trap... I know it's not a lot to go on but this has been driving both of us nuts for years, and we've scoured the net for it but only seem to get puddle bloody lane and the adventure game dammit!!!

I think you are talking about 'Grotbags', a green witch who lived with her companions Croc the crocodile, Robot Redford - her mechanical butler and Grumble the Cauldron with Lumpy who lives inside,Norman Nettle, Colin the Bat and last but not least - Doris the Dodo

It was a spin off Steve, Grotbags went on to have her own show "Grotbags" where she lived with puppets.
