It was similar to Billy Liar the TV series. i.e. he kept flipping into his fantasy world and exacting vengeance on whoever upset him

Since I posted this all that time ago I thought I'd look on the web again and now theres a fair bit to be found about Dave King and Fancy Wanders so somebody else out there must remember it as well!
