Kids Cartoon, 80s?

Hi, can anyone remember a kids cartoon, I think its 80s or early 90s where a group of kids would goto sleep and in there dreams they used to meet up and have special powers?

I remember one kid had what looked like a hoverboard,

sorry its not much info...any help is appreciated.
