Help identifying Travel tv show early 80s

This was definitely early 80s as I remember it being discussed at work when I was an apprentice, unsure if it was a series or a one off but it involved a camera crew following a few members of the public on their Spanish holiday . The main scenes I remember were the people complaining about the heat and the state of the squeaky beds but the most distinctive scenes I remember were of an annoying bloke that thought he was Rod Hull and he went about everywhere with a cheap emu puppet trying to get laughs off the other holiday makers. Ring any bells?
