help finding a 90s Children's show

Hi,
I can remember in about 1993-4 when i was 3 a childrens day time show involving a woman and a bear haha. It was probebly on cbbc or citv. I can just vaguely remember it, there was a woman with blonde hair, who used to wander round with a big bear haha, i remember them doing things like going jogging, and going to a canal in one of them, i remember getting so exited about this. I know its a vague description, but does anyone remember?

Wow thanks haha, I had to find it was anoying me, i never had videos though ,it was definatley on tv aswell, dont know which channel though, i used to get really exited about it haha. Thanks.

Have still got a video of Lizzie and Joggy Bear in the loft - my daughter used to love it..... weird we were only talking aboout this the other day!!

I emailed TV AM to ask if they ever showed it, and they said it was shown alot on channel 4 and 5 but not TV AM. I wonder if they'll ever start showing it again.
