When I was little there was a guy who wore the dinner suit and dickie bow for his show. I think he might have been in his 50's. I can't remember his name or nationality. It was kind of like a ventriloquist sketch show, using various puppets. He would talk with one puppet on his hand and on a table nearby, sat a helmet from a suit of armour. The face shield would lift up and down as it spoke, and the only thing I can remember is it's catchphrase of 'everything under control'. This 'puppet' spoke with a slightly robotic voice with an odd accent. It used to send me into fits.
